Is the ETRS dead?

Other than a "mandatory" form one filing last October, is the national EAS test and it's reporting requirements just "over with"?

I'm waiting for it to suddenly jump out of the woodwork with onerous deadlines....any thoughts?

Federal law requires a test be conducted at least once every three years.

PUBLIC LAW 114–143—APR. 11, 2016 directs FEMA as follows:
‘‘(C) conducting, not less than once every 3 years, peri-

system;

So no, they are not over with. No date has been announced for the next test.

FCC Rules §11.61(a)(3)(iv)(A) requires that stations update their information in ETRS on a yearly basis.
