Is the smooth jazz chart already gone on radio and records?

I was on Radio and Records website and noticed the smooth jazz section has been axed.

What happened to Carol Archer?
 
Songs stay on that chart so long it's excruciating. I've never heard the top 20 countdown show, but that has to be an equally excruciating listen if the show is based on the RNR chart. Can anyone develop a chart based on a collection of exisitng online stations? Then do a countdown show based on it? That would be a great listen! Harmonic? Can you look into that? It would be kind of like the iTunes countdown show I hear on CHR stations. I'm not much of a CHR fan but I listened simply because it's such a cool idea for terrestrial radio.
