Is the Weather Setting Up for Heavy DXing?

With the temperatures here in Atlanta in the 50s today and Sunday being in the 90s, does this create a heavy DXing effect? I remember someone here on the Atlanta board years ago mentioned that huge temperature swings create this effect. Is this true?
