I have to agree with the above comments, but I sure don't give the show that much time or thought.
It takes about 20 seconds before I hear something inane,-not funny-, or The Wolf stutters and stammers-or eats on air, puts Ellen on the spot, or yells insults at an underling ... I hit the button..Goodbye.
Not enough Tobin...why is the Wolf even there anyway?
The show is tired, lame, not relevant, consistant or reliable. The parody songs can be heard anywhere USA; they come from better talent in bigger towns (Bob and Tom, Bob Rivers, etc.). The cute little stories Ellen reads are months, if not years old. (Ellen puts up with a lot) Even the traffic reports are often days old. There's nothing interesting to keep me tuned in.
Not much to offer. A waste of time. Since you mentioned it, time for yet another reshuffle?

And why is 94 Rock doing a parody of Howard Stern on their new tv spot? 94 Rock could not bring down PYX (or even dent the armor), so now they are after...Sirius? They are "bringing the game" with a big 1.4? Seems like wasted money to me. If there is a war to be waged with satellite, it will be down the road, and it will not be waged by irrelevent players.
