Is the wolf's morning show voicetracking?

Our morning show (top 5 market) segues to a long at work listening music sweep from 8:50 - 9:45. There are still there but only talk up ramps about every 4 songs. They use this hour to record interviews for the next show, prep the week, go over housekeeping lists with producers, cut liners for other markets, bank listener calls on topics to upcoming shows, etc. They do answer the phone. You may call to make a request but next thing you know they have turned you around and you are talking with them about whether your husand has ever come home with the scent of another woman on him. They edit out the request on the front of the call and BAM! have a call to use as a springboard for tomorrow's show when they will introduce a topic on cheating husbands.
