Is there a current listing of all the rhythmic ac stations

Wikipedia has a list. I prefer MOViN 104.9 out of Anchorage and also MOViN 100 out of Syracuse (but their player blocks out-of-state listeners). Those two stations are the closest to the actual Rhythmic AC format Alan Burns created. Most of the others have leaned CHR or Rhythmic.

Just in case you didn't know, even though Movin' 100 blocks out of state listeners (which makes zero sense), you can still listen to their stream by going through www.radiotime.com. It works fine through their player. Just put WMVN in the search box.
