Is there a new format on 100.3?

While I was driving to work this morning just before 5:30 on 495 south in Bellingham, my seek button stopped on 100.3 and "Dream on" by Aerosmith was playing. A jazzy sounding instrumental (which I first thought was some sort of bumper music) followed without any station ID. Can someone confirm whether I was actually dreaming :) or has there been a format change on 100.3?

The web page for the station (http://www.latina1003.com/) is just showing what appears to be a bunch of dated entries for various files.
 
There's a different website that was posted here a few weeks ago but I don't know what it is.It's buried somewhere in some thread as the old one went to a page that stated that the bill wasn't paid.As far as the music I don't know but as far as this station getting enough ad dollars to be profitable I think Dream On is a good song for them.RI's economy is not kind to English stations.I can imagine what it's like for the Latino ones.

My money is you were picking up WHEB from Portsmouth NH.. WHEB has an ERP of 50000 watts and Bellingham is probably on the fringe of the signal!

There is a strong enhancement to the north this morning. I was hearing 1075 Frank from Lewiston Maine this morning.
