I was in Miami for vacation a few weeks back and I found a 87.7 MHz station in South Beach near a Walgreens. Is this a pirate. It was weak. IIRC, 87.7 is not a legal frequency in the US. Is this a pirate? Or my car catching fake signals?

Channel 6 WEYS-LD is one of the Ch 6 stations that can continue running the analog 87.75 MHz (87.7) as an FM service.
They are also a ATSC 3.0 "host" station.
