One of the bigger companies here is a 50-50 joint venture btween Clear Channel and an Australian operator. I know people who started there are now working in the US for CC, so if you were/are an employee of CC that could be a way in. One of the guys who works for us hail's from Phoenix, so it isn't that hard. Being multi skilled would be an advantage.
