Is there any way to create a virtual streaming talk station?

Does anyone know of a website or an app that will allow users to aggregate available talk streams into a "virtual" radio station?

In other words, you could "program" your virtual station by setting a timer to stream a local morning show from 6-10 am, then have it switch to another show from 10 to noon, a podcast from noon to 2, another stream from 2 to 4, etc.

This could probably be done locally on a PC using Microsoft's Task Manager, but with considerable effort. A cloud application would be great.
