Our non profit needs an engineer that has the capabilty to do an NEC model. It is the computer program that was developed by Livermore labs and anaylzes potential interference and is generaly accepted by the Commission. If you can help me let me know. Thanks! [email protected]

NEC is used to predict the radiation pattern and gain of an antenna system, but the potential of that radiation to interfere with other stations is not inherent in NEC. That takes different software, such as provided V-Soft and others.

This kind of an analysis usually is done by a consultant with established professional credibility with the FCC. You may need to contact some of them to see what you can work out.

I do non profit interference analysis for non com stations but my schedule is locked for the next week or so.

An interference study is what we do in Com Study to see if you can upgrade or move or replace an antenna.

Is this what you want to do?
