There's javascript in the page that activates if it is after 5pm. I guess they didn't think people outside of the Eastern time zone would check their website?

BTW - first song is supposedly going to be "All Apologies" by Nirvana. Not exactly a good way to kick off your shock jockin' and rockin' radio station.
 
If "All Apologies" is the first song, it is an interesting way to restart a format. They're apologizing for flipping in the first place, obviously.
