Is Williamsburg's AM 710 WEKC off the air?

I can't tell if its on....WLW's IBOC NOISE kills 710 here in the Lexington area. Before IBOC, WEKC was audible in Lexington...

I'm actually south of Williamsburg and 'EKC used to blaze this way with 4,200 watts. I know they've had some problems with the F.C.C.of late. I can still hear Corbin's 680 so that's why I think 710's off the air.

No STA is needed if they are going to be off 30 days or less. Only a written notice between the 10 day and 29 day mark is needed.

I remember seeing WEKC's website somewhere a while back, finding it from a link on a church's site, but I just googled it and can't find it anywhere! I liked what I saw of the site/station, but seem to remember their stream not working. Maybe it was after hours? Do they still have a site? They seemed to be doing a good thing, last time I saw it.
