Is WKLU Jack?

WKLU is More Classic Rock/Classic Hits than Classic Hits/Hot AC

WKLU Jack?

Agreed- straight-ahead Classic Hits station. Most Variety Hits stations' era center is around 1988, whereas WKLU is about where most classic rock/hits stations are, around 1977. No current/recurrent type music, almost no mainstream pop from the 90's. And, absense or presence of jocks have nothing to do with their format classification.

WKLU doesn't have much 90's and 00's stuff but i have heard som current/recurrent and 90's gold on KLU.

WKLU

I've looked at different Mediabase analyses from the past several months and they're definitely classic hits. Nothing close to Variety Hits (though they obviously target somewhat similar general demos).

No doubt about it--- not a Jack.

(and, btw, their music looks pretty strong)
