Haven’t lived there for a long time, but looking at the signal contours for the three stations it looks like it would have trouble downtown and likely directly west and east. The marginal contours of WKRP and WNKR touch around downtown, and the effects of the valley, the buildings, and the Mt Auburn transmitters would probably chew up the rest of the signal. However, Dayton has a significant overlap.
Looks like the station’s website exaggerates the coverage.
