Is WTVY / CW Building Closing Down for Rennovations?

Heard rumor that WTVY/Charles Woods building will be closing down for rennovations?
Could anyone clear this up?
???

Just a speculation; could this have anything to do with a "hazardous condition." :-\
 
WTVY-TV is redoing its studios in August.

It's a 2-week project.

That's probably what the talk is about.

They have been talking of doing rennovations for years; it never happened! :-\

Maybe, the hazardous conditions were too serious to keep up with all the lies.
