Is WWDM having some transmitter problem?

I'm getting them so clear on 100.7 and 101.7/.9 that the RDS displays correctly. This can't be my radio... they're the only station bleeding this bad.
 
Wow, that's a long time for a screwup like this. I can't believe they've gotten away with it this long without complaints from anyone.
