Isn't "Super Bowl Mambo" in NFL Trademark violation?

I heard this song on WWL and it seems the term "Super Bowl" is trademarked by NFL Properties and not allowed for commercial use. And further doesn't an employee of WWL have a musician brother who is on the record? What gives?
 
My limited googling shows me that this song existed at least as far back as 2007. Not that it means anything I suppose. Maybe it's OK since WWL is the Saints' flagship and maybe they cleared it with the NFL? It's not like it was a commerical trying to use the name to sell something else.

I'll be going to a Super Bowl breakfast at a local church....
 
In 1985 the Chicago Bears recorded "The Superbowl Shuffle."
During early 1986, as a response to the rival Bears, the New England Patriots recorded their own team song, "New England, The Patriots and We.

The Superbowl Shuffle was a quarter of a century ago and, IIRC, the NFL suits put the clamps on that trademark during the ensuing years for any and all unauthorized usage. And flagship or not, I think the cost of the rights to use the name for commercial or promotional ventures is quite steep. And it's still curious that the brother of a WWL employee seems to be on the recording.
