If there is a talented, well read, compelling and entertaining anyone out there - I'd think they'd already be working or at least attempting to get a job. Nobody will hand it to you on a silver platter... no matter the color of your skin.

One of today's topics was reverse discrimination regarding a non-minority small town coach wrongfully dismissed in order to hire a minority coach. Only calls from non-minorities and their sympathizers were accepted and aired. I attempted to respond to that teacher complaining about not being able to be hired due to the recruiting fairs/employment offices being staffed by 'non-anglos'. She also said that she felt like a foreigner in her own country, because any store she shopped at were staffed by 'non-anglos'. If she had bothered to look above the checkstands she would see the photos of her kind, those overpaid and underworked overseers who never soil themselves by working or walking the sales floor, where most of the lower payscale 'non-anglos' toil. How would this topic been presented by a 'non-anglo' host? How many 'non-anglo' calls would have made it through the call screener? Mine didn't and I'm sure many others didn't either. But we're not supposed to complain, it doesn't exist anymore.
