ISO "countdown announcement" software

Hole in your radio

Needed: The software used during format transitions among other things. I've heard it programmed to countdown the days, hours, minutes and seconds until a pre determined moment. Various things dropped in occasionally like IDs.

I'm helping an acquaintance locate the software for a project unrelated to broadcasting so no worries about competition.
