iStreamRadio to launch January 1st 2013

iStreamRadio without a doubt will be one of if not the premier set of tools for the Internet Broadcaster.

Terrestrial radio has had sites like iHeartRadio & Radio.com, and TuneIn but for the most part these players neglect if not ignore web only broadcasters all together and that ends January 1st when the iStreamRadio Revolution begins.

Internet Stations interested in being in on the pre-launch Beta Testing should visit www.istreamradio.net and sign up for the news letter and you will get information on how your station can be one of the first to harness this Internet Radio Only FREE set of powerful tools.

Obviously you will have to wait to get the full scoop but if you have a station getting involved in the beta will put you ahead of the curve...

I would best describe it as iHeartRadio for the other guys but with a lot more features for web based stations, it's going to be extremely exciting!

I am working very hard with my partner on a new project called "iStreamRadio", which is an exciting new way for people to listen to independent radio all over the globe. Please jump out to this link if you are able to offer your support we would appreciate it, and if not would you please at least share the link with your friends and contacts and ask them to pass it along as well: http://igg.me/p/256794?a=1634972

Thank you for your support!

@iKPAT: The Legacy was a beta tester for Loudcaster until it went belly up. I tested their AutoDJ, Transcoder and the ability to properly transcode the 128K upstream from their icecast server to 32K AAC+ for mobile and 64K Mp3 Stereo for PC. It was a fun two years. Currently we are licensed through StreamLicensing and using RadioLoyalty to offset the high cost of licensing and the Shoutcast server to allow the station to be listed in the iTunes directory, TuneIn and other directories. Being disabled I do have more time to Beta test so I'm awaiting to see what this is all about.

If you want to check out The Legacy: A Classic Rock, Progressive Rock station head to:
http://thelegacyradio.tk as I feel this station could be an asset to your project. Plus I have signed up for the Beta so be sure to look for me there.

The site could catch on very quickly. Especially if it is compatible with iPads and iPhones as they both do not support Flash. It does remind me of Audiorealm.

Well I think our appeal will be that we put Internet Only broadcasters first and make them the priority over terrestrials....

As for iPads etc... The site should work with them ok, but we will also have mobile app for iOS devices so we have that covered.....

OK I gotta ask are you offering Stream Hosting or do we simply submit the stream URL to your site as you would with StreamFinder and many other Radio directories? Are you more than simply a Radio Station promoting service that you pay for? I'm just trying to understand if this service is a Live365/Loudcaster replacement (without AutoDJ) with server and all or do we use own own preferred provider?

Lots of question here that remain to be answered but the good news is that you'll beat StreamFinder and AudioReal because they both cater to On Air stations more so than Webcasters (especially small webcasters).

Wish you luch and best regards.

I've added my station and I'm not looking to replace Loudcity as my streaming provider anytime soon...
