IT-60s

If the 60s portion of IT is to be 126-150 hours long(depending on how you read "midnight Oct 5th"), that would mean an average of 12-15 hours for each year. With the 60s beginning Thursday at 6PM(eastern), and it now being 9AM on Friday(eastern), that's 15 hours so far. That would mean they should be around the beginning of 1961 song-wise...instead they are in very late 1961. Even allowing for the longer length of late 60s songs, seems like they are way ahead of things, time-wise. Do they plan to play a lot more late 60s songs proportional to early 60s?? Or am I missing something?
