....This time its the war drama "Over There". FX announced today(November 2nd) that it will not renew the critically-acclaimed series due to declining ratings.

That doesn't surprise me. I actually watched the first 2 episodes of this because I thought "hey, it's FX...they haven't disappointed me yet." Well this show, IMO, was a disappointment. And it had absolutely nothing to do with my view on the War. I also read that the ratings from the series premiere to the second week dropped 40%!!!!!

I thought it was an okay show. It could be the times we live in now that makes it unappealing to watch, but someday it might be a hit when or if the series goes to dvd or not.
