It looks like Boise is about to get "WILD"....

I've been checking out this station a little bit more. Some more re-currents are showing up. The stunt is getting people talking about the station. That's a good thing. I just wonder of they are going to actually have some air talent eventually. This station has promise and according to reports, they are looking for air talent.

They have a Myspace page up and running, another very good move.

The word on the street is pretty simple. I know a ton of 18-34 year old females that LOVE this station. I have been hearing more re-current and 90's music on this station also. They recently had some time off the air but the sound is still the same and a little flat for what at top 40/CHR/Rhythmic station should sound like. The original production of liners is coming along. Image is everything, folks. And as of yet, no tempo manipulation.

Living in Mexico I have listened to the station on line. It has some unique and creative elements that sound well produced, but I would think that there is something lacking in some of the production. Maybe a little more "punch?" And if the on-line signal is any indicator, IT NEEDS SOME AUDIO PROCESSING BADLY! I don't know what box they have in Idaho, but this is where an Omnia Six set to HEAVY compression and limiting with a 10 db bass expansion would do the job. As for ratings? Time will tell, but the latest survey shows a 1.0 12+. The breakdown may be higher, but if it is to succeed, it will need at least a 2.5+ in the next book.

A 1.0 was for 30 days - and if you so need to know, it had a 2.7 share after 30 days on the air and was No. 1 cume 12-24.

How does a 4.8 12+ and #1 18-34 suit you?

Obviously has had some time to congeal in the latest book and the numbers are quite impressive. Congratulations.

It's because the picked the proper niche programming for the market. Right now, they are the Kings of the format, causing the people at Citadel to change the direction and image of "Magic"...93.1 is about 9-12 months away from a format flip...

Wild #1 women 18-49 two book average - beats both 93.1 and KSAS 18-34 again this book.

WOW! You mean a statement I made like a year ago came true?

A ton of GIRLS LOVE WILD 101? No WAY! :O
