If you're thinking that they may have gotten the new towers for those stations on the air in Oak Hill (Newton), that can't be happening yet. I've heard that they only began construction very recently. They're not built yet.
Concord is a typical good catch for WKOX day and night, it's only about 12 miles northeast of Framingham, and their night pattern beams that way.
WRCA's night pattern also throws some signal northwest toward Concord, less than ten miles from their Waltham transmitter. It's west/southwest that they don't go at night, toward Natick and Framingham.
Like WRCA, WUNR also sends some signal northwest from Newton toward Concord. Their null is also west/southwest, toward Natick and Framingham. On a night with low skywave interference they should come in, though perhaps somewhat weak, in Concord.
