Ha! Good story! After reading the article in the link that @DavidEduardo posted above, I actually went to the first article that had been written about this case in TheDrive and it gave even more detail. Please see the link below.

I guess with as much that happens leading up to and following a Presidential inauguration, and as busy as those folks must be with everything that's constantly happening in our nation's capital, it was an easy enough miss to commit.
