It's a small world, after all

From the it's a small world file...

Cleveland Browns owners Jimmy and Dee Haslam have just bought a 25% stake in the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks.

Another minority stake holder in the Bucks is Good Karma Brands founder/CEO Craig Karmazin.

How does this relate to what we do here?

Karmazin's WKNR ESPN 850 is the AM flagship radio station for the Haslam's Browns.

So will WKNR start airing Milwaukee Bucks games?
No.

But Craig Karmazin is technically an NBA Champion, as the Bucks won the title in 2021 with him as part owner (as is Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers, who also has a small stake in the team).

When NESN starts airing Pittsburgh Penguins games. (Red Sox owner John Henry has an ownership stake in both NESN and the Pens.)
You know who else owns a small piece of NESN, the Red Sox, the Penguins, the Premier League's Liverpool FC, and NASCAR's RFK Racing?

LeBron James, who is an investor in Fenway Sports Group, which has all those entities in their portfolio.
