It's beginning to smell a lot like ALL Christmas!

It's likely we'll see Classic 93.1 go all Christmas at or around Thanks Giving.

Remind me, in past years has any other Sacramento station gone all Christmas?

The Fish 103.9 has gone all-Christmas in the past years...usually in December. 93.1 is generally the first one to switch. Mix 96 adds Christmas songs throughout the day, but not 24/7.

I remember the day when stations were fighting to be the first. Oh wait, that was like a few years ago.

I guess that ship sailed or perhaps research shows that listeners didn't need 4 stations playing all Christmas music starting mid October. :)

Mid-Oct.? Nooooooo! Personally, I hate to hear Christmas music until a day or two before Christmas. I don't get how stations can get better ratings playing it. Sure, it's played in businesses. But I find it hard to believe most people listen to it all the time in their cars, or at home.

Classic 93.1 Now All Christmas 11-14-12

Classic 93.1 changed to All Christmas this morning. Classic 93.1 always makes this change during the second week of November.
