I started at WBRU/Providence in the 1980s. Did a few shows at the original WMVY/Martha's Vineyard (where I had to shut off the transmitter after my shift!) Then a longer stint at WHCN/Hartford where I learned that you never want to do overnights. Went to grad school and did a few shows for kicks on WNUR/Evanston, IL. Then moved my career to TV. Joined the board of WBRU in 2014. Radio sure has changed.
