I don't know about you guys but this is the Kix 105.5 I knew for 5 years...
I worked for their competitor to the north 1490 WIKE Derby Vt actually commuting a 5 hour drive every weekend when I was not in school. I do not mind the driving. I did this for passion and to gain experience.
(Hartford stations will not let me intern since Danbury is "too far" ??? )

Wow is this going to give 92.5 run for the money. or this station is not in the arb's for hartford ,new haven area. anywayI doubt I can receive the station in Wallyworld,I had enough problems picking up I 95.1 here,I probably pick it up on top of dead mans hill {Rt5} in Kohls parking lot.I have better chances picking up WPUR 107.3 from Atlantic City NJ. Beating agains't Bostons WAAY.Anyway,I just tuned in the webstream as i'm typing this post,the stream sounds nice and clean,but in mono.

Nope. This is a station in the Danbury Market. In the Hartford area if you get anything it's WVEI-FM from the Springfield Market. Before WVEI-FM signed on I used to get either WDBY or WQGN on 105.5 depending on conditions.

But Y-105 never really was hot AC though. I don't know why that was always reported as that form at - it was just AC. Geez louise.
