IT'S OFFICAL JIM ROME HAS LOST HIS MIND

In the third hour

He turned his show into a garden show with sports

He dissed the clones and turned it into Dr. Phil

I don't know if this is legit or not

But I think the clones may have pushed his buttons.

After all, he did say he wanted to get off of radio.

This may be it.

Either that or its a work just to make the clones rant and rave

No, it's just a work for Rome to enjoy. Seems apparent from his show he loves to perform for himself. He's a great audience of one. But why do we have to be subjected to this locally?

Since I've been complaining about this programming on the Zone, I've been reading up on the subject, and there are those who believe Premiere's sports programming (Rome, Fox) seems to be about ready to implode.

Jetfli, we get it. You don't like Fox Sports & Jim Rome. You can stop now.
______________

Thanks... I needed that...

Yes, I heard it. It was quite hilarious, if you ask me. Every regular listener KNEW that was done in jest...a nice departure from the ordinary. The joke got old after about 30 minutes, but it WAS funny.
______________

Speaking of long, drawn out jokes.....

Rome doesn't hold a candle to THE FAN.

At least he knows when to stop!

Billboards included.

I'm just glad The Zone didn't start a "garden zone" on some wacky overnight or weekend slot. Wait...isn't that Outdoor Trail Magazine?...oh yeah! that's what it was!

WAR THE JUNGLE BECAUSE GARDENS ARE BORING!

It's a Rome-ism. Best kept within the confines of The Jim Rome Show, but sometimes young'uns like Jets can get a little carried away.
______________

Re: ROME HAD ALREADY LOST HIS MIND

"War" derived from Rome visiting New Orleans during the Sugar Bowl one year and some Auburn fans were there. Auburn's chant is "War Eagle" and since then, it's become a staple of Jungle lingo.

At least I use "war" in a decent matter. Some of the "clones" mess up the "war" on their calls and in their e-mails which ticks Mr. Rome off because some of those "wars" are flat out nonsense.

For example:

War Bruce Jenner
War Larry Hagman's liver
War a Boston tour stop (they are never getting one!)
