It's Official! High Sources reveal JD Hayworth going to KOOL FM!

A very reliable source just told me today that CBS was in talks to bring JD Hayworth to KOOL FM if they election didn't turnout well for Mr. Hayworth. This source said JD will be joining the morning show sometime in early January of 2011 for at least 2 to 3 day a week as a sidekick! I'm looking forward to this. :-*

"High sources" sounds like an accurate description. I find it hard to believe that CBS would even think about hiring Windbag. Somebody there would have to be high. I wouldn't rule out his return to KFYI, though.

I don't mean it, don't get excited, man. It's 'cause I'm short I know. :-\ Chip Douglas - are you really Douglas Farthing Hatlelid? 'Fess up! See ya at Dr. Akbar's BBQ. Nurse Jeff and I will be flipping burgers.

From the same songbook comes this infamous lyric from "Goin' Down" best summing up the JD For Senate campaign: "I wish I looked before I leaped, I didn't know it was so deep" Glad to hear Big Shoe and the Nurse will be flippin' burgers...that gives me time to do some flippin' off of my own

I doubt this would happen. JD is such a polarizing figure now. At one time, before his political career, you could make a case for this. He does make a good sidekick and has a decent sense of humor. He also has an encyclopaedic knowledge of oldies...errr, classic hits. When he hears a song from the 60s or 70s on the radio he can often tell you who and what it is, the label the song is on and what year it came out and do so in short enough order to "hit the post." That said, most music stations don't want polarizing personalities, unlike talk radio. And since Broomhead seems to be doing very well at KFYI, I doubt JDH goes back there, either.

I could see JD doing shortwave radio talk shows like Chuck Harder, hawking gold and silver enemas to flush the body out of the flouride that the commies put in the water supplies. Heck, he might sell underground bunkers and dried food for when Jeebus and the Devil will be fighting it out.

Even though his supporters are a tiny fringe, its really easy to make money off of tiny fringe nutcases. Ask Art Bell!

This is such awesome news. Word is that CBS suits recognize that a former Congressman is a prominent figure (even if he did lose a Senate race), and can bring alot of advertising revenue to the entire cluster. Listen for pre-recorded JD commentaries on both KOOL-FM morning shows, and with Tim & Willy on KMLE (they will be sponsored, of course)

And look for JD to have an entry right here in this page (and on the homepage too)
