It's Official: KTKZ/1380 To Simulcast on 105.5 Starting 9/19

As expected, it's official. Sam McManis delivers the news in this morning's Bee:

"Talk radio, already a mainstay of Sacramento AM radio, will invade the FM dial starting Sept. 19 when KTKZ (1380-AM) will air a simulcast of its news and talk programming on 105.5."

Such the optimist!

Let's not forget that stats & surveys show that 78% of all folks listening to terrestrial radio are doing so on the FM band. (so I'm told, didn't research it myself) Maybe it will work, maybe not. I'm at least slightly more optimistic than Allisonmarie...
