BOB stations across the nation have changed calls to include at least 1 "B" in it to try to identify with the station, so don't go looking for a "B-whatever" re-creation here. But, what becomes of the "WRRK" calls once the station changes? Can the Frischlings hold onto the calls, or do they revert back to the FCC domain?

Only if the Frischlings can park them anywhere else. Otherwise, they're fair game.

They only say the call letters the minimum number of times required by the FCC. They identify themselves as "Bob-FM". What difference does it make what their official call letters are, since they don't use them any more than the bare minimum that the FCC requires in the first place?
