IU Radio Network's Leary Arrested

Reports from the Indianapolis Star in yesterday's edition that Todd Leary, the color commentator for IU radio broadcasts alongside Don Fisher, was arrested in Bloomington Thursday afternoon.

I guess that means Leary wasn't on the call Thursday night. Did they have someone take over for the IU/Purdue game? I was listening to the Purdue network.

Today vs Northwestern, Don Fisher is without a color commentator. This is a great example of why the color commentator position was invented. Fisher is legendary, but its hard for one guy to keep track of everything.

I'm really surprised they couldn't get someone. With all the radio people out of work, and all the people who want to be doing sports.

Doesnt Joe Smith still work for the IU Network. they couldve used him on Commentary even if he isnt a basketball guy persay. what about all those other alumni around IU Land. Wouldnt they help out
