Back when I was in Pittsburgh there was a guy at WTAE doing afternoons under the name of Bill Adams. Anybody know whatever happened to him??? I think the line up back then was Perry Marshall mornings, Bill (somebody) doing mid days, (he used to sign off saying "its time to go home and get the fight started), then Bill Adams, Bill Hilgrove and Tom Lyons.

Unless I'm wrong, I think it was Bill Howell who said "It's time to go home and get the fight started."

And I think he did the nighttime show at WHJB back in the 80's as well. I only had an AM radio in my 1977 Chrysler Cordoba, and I caught the show regularly.
