J. David Holmes

Holmes was a marvelous jock, both on 98-KUPD and KDKB. Great voice, amazing presence and unlimited knowledge of the music and artists. When you heard Jeff at his best, you heard passion. Something that is long gone in Phoenix rock radio. Play the spots, play the "tested" music, and for God's sake, play the spots...AGAIN.
 
Jules and Darth sound like they're on a fishing expedition.

Jeff has a lot of friends on this board who are looking forward to his return to radio.

He seems well liked but who was he and where is he now?
 
Not sure where J David is now, but I heard he was canned from KOOL over an incident where he freaked out and trashed the studio.
