> Highest rated program is church broadcast on Sunday morning. Not many folks listening to this station according to the ratings service. Hate to say a wasted stick -but financially you have to wonder how long can they keep going? Bigger question here is- How's their billing?

Who breaks down ratings for one-hour programs on Sunday morning?

If you look at a mechanical(where county by county numbers are reported) you will see J93 has GREAT numbers in south Atlanta. This happens to be where the signal is strong....and the Fish is weak. KICKS is the ONLY station, across the board, doing better than J93 in S. Atlanta!
And remember....we're talking about Fayette and Coweta counties. These counties both have "dream demos".....average household income is in the $60's if I remember correctly.
J93 is a GREAT sounding station....always has been. The signal is the ONLY limitation.....well, that and the fact that the parent company will not advertise the station.
Imagine that!! An company that sells advertising who doesn't believe in buying advertising!!!!!

As great as it may sound, their ratings actually went down for the time that the show has been on. The show signed on right at the beginning of the summer book, so we've had two full books and in both books the ratings dropped across the board...12+, 18-34, 25-54. They even dropped in the specific demos this show should appeal to...Teens and early 20s. We'll see what happens...
