Jack and Bob?

Goodness, we seem to be having a flurry of duplicate posters, don't we? I know people can have their threads set up to display differently, so I can't really speak as to why this keeps happening. Unless people just presume that they're "first in the know", and don't bother to ponder the fact that someone else might've already scooped them.

P.S. Our Bob is not a "real" Bob; it's just a KRXO knockoff. They are not affiliated with the national "Bob" format; so they aren't really "direct competitors" with Jack like they would be in other markets.

Hey, do what I do: think of BOB as our dull younger cousin who tends to stick his fork in light sockets if you don't watch him closely.

With those comments are you sure you aren't talking about Jack and Ron. One signifigantly less endowed??? Trust me, I don't know the answer to that, I'm just going with that urban legend.

Does Ron know he's getting replaced with Bob???

J/K, couldn't resist the joke.

Lol, say what you will about KQOB, but you must admit the flip from The Bull over to Bob was brilliant. The buzz over that signal has never been better.

Given that OKC's Bob is not a variety hits station like the "We Play Anything" Bob's, they won't be direct competitors. However, they will be in some degree of competition simply because classic hits is a substantial component of Jack FM. I wouldn't look for a knock down-drag out battle given 97.3's signal.
