What makes JACK better then JILL? ???

I know JILL was programmed towards the female listeners but there are a lot of male listeners listening to JILL. JILL is also starting to sound like KOST 103.5 as far as playing the same music. The only difference between JILL and KOST is KOST has DJ's while JILL is Automated and JILL has less talk. I think JACK is kinda boring but there are some great music on there tho.... JACK has made the mistake all stations do when the ratings go down: panic and tighten the playlist. It happened to KLSX, then Arrow, and then KLOS. Eventually, the station gets so boring that nobody is listening anymore.

What started out as a 2000 song playlist (mixing everything from Madonna to "Brother Louie" to Led Zeppelin) has turned into a watered-down 750 old KROQ and KLOS tunes, repeating themselves about every third day. They're so boring now they're almost tied in the ratings with uber-boring KLOS. Quite a trip down from #1 status.
 
Jill is a little more upbeat at times with songs like "First Time" by Lifehouse, etc.. that KOST doesn't play and I think they throw in more 80s that I don't hear on KOST. A better station is KATY 101.3, which is in between KOST and My 104.3 FM but it's not easy to pick up even at my work in the IE unless you have an ultra sensitive tuner because of KRTH.
