So the JACK-FM format has been replacing oldies stations all over the US in various radio markets. Thus Far Ben-FM ( a JACK knock off ) is working in Philly.
Does anyone think that a JACK-FM ( or some derivative) would work in central PA?

If done in the right way, yes. BenFM is one of those few examples where it is working.

In my opinion, a radio station will work and remain strong if you listen to the public and play the music they want. A radio station will be strong if they get the music that no one else will play. That is what my station would be like.

But anyway, the mentality of the midstate and the demographics will probably not work. People in this area hate change. I hate to say that, but I need to be honest.
