Jack-FM Ads?

From what I have heard from other launches of Sparknet's Jack in other markets, there has been some standard package of advertising. Billboards, TV, Busses, etc.. I have yet to see either in and around town. I don't watch much TV but have yet to see an ad on the tube. Does that mean that this Flip-Jack(c) was more of a reaction to Stern and FreeFM, etc..?? I was hoping to see this explode into Sacramento as it did in other markets. Now other than it being on a full-market signal, its kinda coasting along like Bob did on 92.1. Will this change? Other thoughts?
