Jack FM and 102.5 The Underground in KC switching formats?

Rumors have it that Jack FM will move to 102.5 in place of "The Underground." Then, some new format under the name "X105.1" will take Jack's place, according to rumors and new sites liscensed to Cumulus in Kansas City. Thoughts?
 
Well, when I lived in KC, 107.3 was alternative as "The X" until January '99. Given the fairly newfound success of 96.5 The Buzz, it might be a target.
