Jack FM? How about Billboard Hot 100 FM?

That's right, it's the most popular and accurate trade publication out there.

We need a station that is based on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and many other other charts including Country, AC, Modern AC & Rock.

Regardless of format. For example, The Billboard Hot 100 which is a mixture of rhythm based hip hop, modern rock & country.

Jack FM is a great idea because it means their dj's can play what they want.

We should have a station that plays all the hits. These hits should be determined on airplay and sales not just airplay.

If it's happens to be a hip hop, country or Modern AC song that is popular then it should be played.

Billboard Hot 100 FM's slogan should be, "If it's on the Billboard Hot 100 singles and track chart regardless of chart position we'll play it".

The same thing should go for country, AC, etc.
Edited by billboardmister on 06/23/05 04:16 AM.

>Very interesting, but the "format" would have to reach beyond the Top 100, don't you think? Are the current "Jacks" actually allowing their jocks to play what they want, or is it just implied?

Most Jack-FMs (outside of Canada) don't have any jocks (yet?). It's "Jack" that plays what he wants.
