A couple of weeks ago, there was a post suggesting that 104.9 might do it, but that appears to be incorrect...Who else might try, or is there even any room for it, with all of the existing rock signals, as well as the modern A/Cs, already, in the market????
Any thoughts???

It should be 94 Rock. I wouldn't be surprise if this were to happen before the end of summer. If NOT 94 Rock, then 1049.

either one. I'd put my money on 104.9. maybe WPTR, though the Pulse has a nice niche going.

Might Clear Channel do it big-time and flip WTRY, like Infinity did with WCBS? Oldies formats seem to be disappearing in favor of Jack/Bob/whatever.
 
DON'T WISH THIS AT ALL!!! WE LOST ONE STATION AND THAT WAS CBSFM, WE DONT NEED TO LOSE LEGENDARY OLDIES STATION WTRY FOR REAL STUPIDY LIKE VIACOMMANDER DID TO USE. If anything in this area should flip to Jack it should be 104.9, 103.1, 99.5, 94.5 BUT NOT WTRY 98.3 WE CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE OUR OLDIES STATION FOR CRAP LIKE JACK!!! CASE CLOSED!!
