Jack FM on location

I was at the Valero Texas Open yesterday and was boarding the shuttles at Fiesta Texas and noticed that a Jack FM booth was out there. I was just listening to Jack in my truck, but when I got out, I noticed that the Jack booth was playing something completly different than on air. When I got closer, the booth was just this one kid operating a mixer and a dual CD deck. SO basically, he was playing CDs with music and all the jingles and legal IDs mixed in. Is this just a Jack thing or are other stations on location doing this as well?

Maybe the golf tournament people didn't want the Jack remote to play commercials, since they might be advertising competitors to the tournament sponsors?

Maybe they were afraid Jack would play those awful commercials for the tournament where the two guys exchange golf puns? ;D

could be. I wish Jack could plug in commercials like on KMFR, when the voice tracking just reads off advertisnments, but I'm estimating a mere zero percernt chance that would happen.
