What's up with the flip last week? I thought Viva 106 was so great, that the short-lived hot talk format on KKDG just had to go. Well, I guess not... too bad for the talents that lasted, what, weeks? Oh well, Infinity doesn't stand by this format anymore anyway.

Very sad, considering Viva had some of their biggest trends to date. The station sounds like a cross between 95.7 The Fox, and Alice 102.7... it'll impact those two the most. Look for 107.9 La Kalle to start sounding more and more like Viva now that it's gone.

Sad to whom? The station wasn't happening. I hate
to tell you but at least 45 percent of the market
is Anglo, and Jack serves those who are disenfranchsied
by soft AC, hard-rock, and hip-hop.
