Jack getting more press

Jack is news ... now

Within the radio industry, Jack is news by the classic definition.

Not sure how interested the general public is in reading about it in "Time" or hearing a discussion about it on CNN. Some insider interest may come into play there.

It was certainly news in New York City since it replaced CBS-FM and the protest, albeit relatively minor, that it caused.

Now THAT'S a well-thought, compelling arguement.
However, just how DO you know what "most people" are listening to?
BTW, the other students on the bus don't count.

Nothing personal...and like the others...I can appreciate your opinion:
but it would sure help you to have something...anything...to back it up.
______________

Especially since it is well documented that the percentage of the population that listens to radio at least once a day has stayed about the same for about 50 years now.

I've gotten so used to people with no access to the facts posting things like this as if they were an expert, I'm almost numb. As far as I'm concerned, people like that are wasting space in the database.
______________

Wasn't there actually a rise in radio listening this past year or so?
______________
