and they're looking for ... well, it's not exactly clear WHAT they want. The ad says "Can you spell? Great, you're hired. JACK is looking for writers, creative types, idea factories, scribblers, word slingers, and/or poets. Stenographers need not apply."

You're supposed to "jot down your ideas and lines for JACK" and send them to Chris Elliott. For what purpose and at what compensation, unknown.
 
Yes, word is they will be changing to the all Spoken word/Poetry format, invented by N. Arthur Douglass. Some might remember it as the Personal Achievement Radio Network heard locally on KYPA, formerly KGFJ :)
