Hi All-Just a few questions to throw out to anyone who knows anything about trademarks, and the legality of them.I know that Jack, Bob, Mike, and others are trademarked.However, what about station names that are not trademarked, but are currently being used by others?For example if there is a bleed in signal, and it is not trademarked is it okay to use that name?Also, how does Arbitron look at this?I have never seen a good discussion on this.Radio Boy Roy
